The staff was wonderful. This aspect met my expectations.

The room I was given was far too small. It was nearly impossible to walk around the bed. There was also no place to put clothing. The bedside lamps did not work, and the hairdryer was broken. This all seemed unacceptable.

The bedroom proved quite small. Walking around the bed was difficult. One had to climb over the other person to get out of bed at night. I found that inconvenient. The walls seemed quite thin, so noise from other rooms was occasionally noticeable.

The location was acceptable. Everything was nearby.

The sofa bed was not prepared upon arrival (i expected it to be ready, especially considering the price). additionally, the room felt small, and opening the sofa bed made it difficult to access the refrigerator because of the table's placement. there should have been at least one shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. I had nowhere to put my stuff.

the bed was not very comfortable. two twins were pushed together and it felt awkward. i really needed night stands beside the bed, but there were none.

i found the location excellent. it was near the airport bus stops. the galleries were within walking distance. i prepared simple meals using the well-equipped kitchen area.

the room lacked space. the pictures on the website gave a misleading impression. there was a table but only one chair. we missed a drying rack and shower gel.
